This Purchase & Payment Policy explains the payment methods, pricing, wallet, cashback, consultation fees, and failed-payment procedures applicable to purchases made through Sanatan Ayurveda.

1. Payment Methods

We accept the payment methods made available during checkout, which may include credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other supported payment options.

2. Prices and Taxes

Product and service prices displayed on the website are subject to change. Applicable taxes and charges will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

3. The Sanatan Wallet

Eligible users may receive wallet credits in accordance with the applicable promotional terms. Wallet balances may be used only for eligible purchases and services supported by Sanatan Ayurveda.

4. Cashback

Cashback, where offered, is subject to the terms of the applicable promotion. Cashback may be credited to the Sanatan Wallet after the applicable eligibility conditions are satisfied.

5. Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are displayed before payment. The applicable fee may depend on the consultation or practitioner selected by the user.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails or is interrupted, the transaction may not be completed. If your account is debited despite a failed transaction, the amount will generally be processed in accordance with the applicable payment provider's settlement and refund procedures.
