Where we deliver, how long it takes, and how your order is packed.

Coverage and timelines

We deliver across India. Metro addresses typically receive orders in 2–4 working days; other serviceable pincodes in 4–7 working days.

Delivery is free on orders of ₹499 and above. Below that, a ₹49 delivery charge applies.

Plain packaging

Every order ships in a sealed, neutral outer box. No product names, categories or medical information are printed on the outside.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched. You can also follow it from Order History in your profile.

Delays and failed delivery

Weather, strikes and regional restrictions can delay delivery. If a COD order cannot be delivered after three attempts, it is returned to us and cancelled.
