Payment methods

We accept UPI, cards and netbanking. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders with an additional ₹129 COD charge, shown before you place the order.

Prices and taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST at the applicable rate, shown as a separate line in your order summary.

The Sanatan Wallet

Your wallet has two parts: the Recharge Wallet (money you add) and the Cashback Wallet (cashback you earn).

Recharge amounts can be refunded to the source account on request. Promotional cashback is non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn.

Each cashback credit carries its own expiry date, shown in your Passbook.

Cashback

Cashback is credited after your order is delivered, not at checkout.

Cashback can be spent on doctor consultations and medicine orders.

Consultation fees

Consultation fees are set by each practitioner and shown before you book. The fee is charged when you confirm the booking, by any accepted payment method or from your Sanatan Wallet.

A consultation paid fully or partly with cashback is treated like any other paid consultation. If it is refunded, the cashback portion is returned to your Cashback Wallet with its original expiry, and the rest to your original payment method.

Failed payments

If a payment is debited but your order or recharge does not reflect, write to team@sanatanayurveda.com with the transaction reference. Bank-side reversals typically take 5–7 working days.
