Diet and food guidance for warts

Introductory summary
No food causes or removes warts - a normal balanced diet supports the immunity that clears the virus.
No diet causes warts and no diet removes them - warts are a viral skin infection, and food does not reach the virus. What diet can honestly support is the immune system, which is what eventually clears HPV.
The immune-supportive plate. A normal balanced diet covers it: adequate protein (dal, paneer, eggs, fish, meat), plenty of vegetables and fruits (vitamin C and A support skin immunity and repair), zinc sources (nuts, seeds, legumes, whole grains), and B12/iron adequacy. No exotic superfood is required, and no specific anti-wart food exists.
What to avoid believing: claims that avoiding sour food, curd, specific vegetables or non-vegetarian food removes warts - there is no such effect, and restrictions only weaken nutrition. Similarly, 'blood-purifying' diets and syrups marketed for skin growths have no evidence.
Where nutrition genuinely matters for warts: people with poor overall nutrition and weakened immunity get more numerous, more persistent warts. Correcting a junk-food-heavy or deficient diet is part of helping the immune system do the clearing. Children with warts need normal, generous nutrition - not food rules.
Practical hygiene-food overlap: none really - warts do not spread through food. Shared towels, razors and pool decks are the transmission routes to manage, not the kitchen.
Supplements: no vitamin or mineral supplement is proven to treat warts. Correct documented deficiencies if present; otherwise a balanced diet beats any capsule.
Ayurvedic view (interpretive): classical texts attach dietary rules to skin conditions within an interpretive framework of limited evidence; the balanced immune-supportive diet above is the defensible common ground. No food restriction treats a viral wart.
Remember: eat normally and well - protein, vegetables, fruit, nuts - to support the immunity that clears warts. No food causes them, no fasting cures them, and restrictive wart diets only cost nutrition.
